Set on the final day of the Creeper's twenty-three-day cycle of hunting, the story follows Sergeant Tubbs, who is initially doubtful about the Creeper's existence. He joins a specialized task force determined to end the Creeper's reign of terror. As they close in, the Creeper fiercely defends itself, leading to violent confrontations. Meanwhile, the team uncovers clues that bring them closer to understanding the Creeper's mysterious and dark origins.
