Hubie Halloween

Hubie Dubois is a well-meaning but often ridiculed resident of Salem, Massachusetts, known for its famous Halloween festivities. Despite being mocked by both children and adults in his community, Hubie remains dedicated to protecting the town's Halloween traditions.
