Hot Milk

Rose and her daughter Sofia visit the coastal town of Almería in Spain to see Dr. Gomez, a shamanic doctor who might have a treatment for Rose's unexplained illness that has confined her to a wheelchair. While staying in the hot, sunlit town, Sofia, who has lived under the shadow of her mother's condition, begins to open up and let go of her fears. She becomes drawn to Ingrid, a mysterious traveler whose charm encourages Sofia to explore new feelings and experiences.
