High Heel Homicide

In a city troubled by a series of violent murders, two undercover detectives work together to identify the perpetrator. Each victim is revealed to be a former police officer, and a distinctive blood-red letter is found painted on their body. As the detectives investigate, they realize the killer is leaving a message through these letters, and they must determine how many more victims will be targeted before the full message is spelled out and the motive behind the killings is uncovered.
