Quick Synopsis

After a young singer fails to find success and takes her own life, her spirit is given a chance to be reincarnated into a musical family. To be born again, she must reach the hospital where her future mother is about to give birth and enter her womb. However, she misses her scheduled birth time twice because of unintended interference from a young man named Mr. Hong. Initially frustrated, she causes difficulties for him, but over time they develop a romantic connection. Despite their growing feelings, she faces the reality that she has only one final opportunity to be born and cannot remain with him much longer.

Detailed Synopsis of Happy Ghost III

A young, unsuccessful singer, after committing suicide, is to be reincarnated, this time into a musical family. Her spirit must get to the hospital where her future mother is currently ready to give birth to her, so that she can enter the womb and be born. Unfortunately, she misses her appointed birth time, twice, due to the accidental intervention of a young man, Mr. Hong. At first she is angry and makes life hard for him, but eventually they fall in love, although she can't stay around long as she has one last chance to be born.
