Fiddler on the Roof

Set in a small village in pre-revolutionary Russia, the story follows Tevye, a poor Jewish milkman, as he tries to maintain his family's traditions while facing the difficulties brought by social change. As his three daughters grow up and fall in love with men who challenge the customs of their community, Tevye must confront his own beliefs amid increasing antisemitism and political unrest.
