Emergency Declaration

Korean authorities are investigating a terror threat that has spread widely online when they learn that a suspect has boarded an international flight headed to the United States. During the flight, a healthy passenger unexpectedly dies from a mysterious and violent cause, causing panic among those on board and officials on the ground. As the plane's fuel runs low and several countries refuse to allow it to land, the captain and crew must make difficult and unusual decisions to try to protect the remaining passengers and bring the situation under control.
