Quick Synopsis
During his summer vacation, Nobita discovers a small rocket that has landed nearby, carrying Papi, a tiny alien who is the president of his home planet, Pirika. Papi is fleeing from rebels who are trying to overthrow him, and Nobita becomes involved in helping him while dealing with the challenges this brings to his life on Earth.
