Dinner for Schmucks

Tim Conrad is a young executive aiming to advance his career at a company where his boss organizes a monthly dinner party. At this event, employees compete by bringing the most foolish guest, with the winner gaining favor for a promotion. Initially, Tim decides to skip the dinner, but after meeting Barry, a socially awkward man who creates detailed dioramas using stuffed mice, he changes his mind. Barry's clumsy behavior and sincere but misguided actions cause problems for Tim, putting a significant business deal at risk and creating tension in his relationship with his fiancée.
