Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge

Raj is a wealthy and easygoing young man living abroad as a second-generation non-resident Indian (NRI). Simran is the daughter of Chaudhary Baldev Singh, a strict man who, despite living outside India, insists on maintaining traditional Indian values. Simran travels to India to marry her childhood fiancé, following her family's wishes.
