After a devastating explosion on a ferry in New Orleans, federal agent Doug Carlin is assigned to gather evidence at the scene. However, before he can complete his investigation, he is abruptly taken to a classified government laboratory where he learns about a cutting-edge surveillance technology that can look back in time.
