Challenge Game

Ae-ran, a florist, and Min-ho, a forensic investigator working for the Public Prosecutor's Office, both have families that others admire. However, Min-ho struggles with managing their children's bedtime, leading Ae-ran to start a 'challenge game' where she seduces and sleeps with strangers. One evening, at a tango cafe, Ae-ran and Min-ho meet Alex, a man who shows interest in Ae-ran. She is drawn to Alex, who is more attractive than her husband. Later, Min-ho witnesses Ae-ran and Alex together and becomes angry upon learning that Alex is the man she seduced. Min-ho grows uneasy when he realizes Alex's intentions go beyond the game and that he has targeted Min-ho himself. When Min-ho tries to confront Alex, Alex responds violently, choking both Ae-ran and Min-ho, which brings him a sense of release. What began as a playful game between Ae-ran and Min-ho quickly spirals into a dangerous and destructive situation.
