Quick Synopsis
Megan, a typical American high school cheerleader with a boyfriend, begins to realize she is more comfortable being affectionate with her female friends than with her boyfriend. Concerned about her behavior, her conservative parents send her to a conversion therapy camp designed to change the sexual orientation of young people identified as lesbian or gay. At the camp, Megan meets others undergoing the same treatment as they all try to conform to the expectations of becoming heterosexual.

Megan is an all-American girl. A cheerleader. She has a boyfriend. But Megan doesn't like kissing her boyfriend very much. And she's pretty touchy with her cheerleader friends. Her conservative parents worry that she must be a lesbian and send her off to "sexual redirection" school, where she must, with other lesbians and gays learn how to be straight.
