Chicken, a member of Taiwan's San Luen Gang, is assigned to marry Nanako, the daughter of the fifth-generation leader of Japan's Yamada Gang, as part of an alliance between the two groups. After the San Luen Gang's leader, Liu, is murdered, suspicion falls on Chicken, with many members believing he attacked Liu to seize control of the gang. As a result, Chicken faces hostility and distrust from his own gang while navigating the complex relationships between the Taiwanese and Japanese criminal organizations.
Detailed Synopsis of Born to Be King
Triad member Chicken is designated by Taiwan's San Luen Gang to marry Nanako, the daughter of the fifth generation leader of the Yamada Gang in Japan. Later, the leader of the triad group gets murdered. Actually, all the San Luen Gang members suspect Chicken attacked their leader Liu, in order to make a chance for him to rule the Gang and thus have adopted an extremely hostile attitude towards him.
