Battle Royale

Set in a near-future Japan, the government enacts a law called the "Battle Royale" act, under which a group of ninth-grade students from a single class are taken to a remote location and forced to fight each other until only one survivor remains. This brutal program is designed to control the population through fear and violence, placing the students in a deadly game where they must navigate alliances and betrayals to survive.
