A Moment to Remember

In this story set in South Korea, a young couple faces a difficult challenge when Sun-jin, the woman, is diagnosed with a rare form of Alzheimer's disease that gradually affects her memory. As her condition worsens, their relationship is put to the test as they struggle to cope with the changes and maintain their love despite the hardships caused by the illness.
